Violent Crimes (California Only)

Violent crimes are serious offenses that are considered strikeable under the 3-Strikes law in California. If you are charged with an offense that is considered a strike, please contact an attorney immediately. An attorney may be able to plea the offense down or win your case in trial. An attorney may be able to come up with some alternate sentencing such as county lid and probation, rehabilitation centers and halfway houses for you to serve your time in the event that you are found guilty of the offense charged or plead to. It is always wise to choose an attorney based upon his or her experience in the judicial district in which you are charged as he or she will have some leverage with the courts and the prosecution.
